Roles and Responsibility

Overview:

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Provide L2 level support in Cloud Technical Operations - Server Management Linux Operations

 

Technical Experience:

  • Experience in Installation, Configuration and Administration tasks in Linux Preferably on SUSE
  • Good understanding HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, the OSI Model, Networking, and Load Balancing
  • Experience in handling NFS/CIFS, SFTP, Samba protocol
  • Deep knowledge about Linux boot process
  • Should have Linux Server Patching knowledge
  • Good Knowledge on Unix File System Management, File Permissions, Performance Monitoring
  • Knowledge of scripting 8- Experience in Public Cloud Azure, AWS, GCP
