Roles and Responsibility
  • Work with internal team, third parties and other stake holders to successfully deliver the agreed scope on time and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Understand the scope, requirements and use cases and manage upstream/downstream dependencies
  • Formalize the project governance
  • Prepare detailed project plan in coordination with project teams to monitor and track progress
  • Organize project committee meetings, team meetings and status reporting.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost.
  • Manage Project Risks and Dependencies effectively
  • Ensure a continuous improvement approach: using feedback from each phase to improve, sharing best practices with other teams.
  • Communication – ensure relevant stakeholders are proactively kept informed throughout the project duration.
  • Facilitate collaboration and discussions across teams.
  • Manage Senior Stake holders and communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Hands-on experience of coordination between the IT business lines and IT team (various locations) and ability to work as part of a virtual team in a culturally diverse background
  • Knowledge in project cycle methodologies and management
  • Knowledge in software development life cycle and software testing life cycle.
  • Good experience in managing medium to large-sized projects (iterative or agile).
  • Identify and determine enhancements to improve business processes and to mitigate/reduce risks.
  • Strong experience in working with Microsoft Office tools (including MS Project).

 Nice to have

  • Project Manager / Business Analyst Certifications.
  • Experience supporting SharePoint solutions.
  • Technical background (knowledge in databases and programming languages).
  • Knowledge in Identity and Access Management domain
  • .NET (C#), ASP.NET MVC, Angular, REST, SQL Server, UI/IX, JavaScript.
